  • Frolic & Flora is a small flower farm located in Fresh Meadows, Queens, New York. We specialize in growing premium flowers and offering carefully selected bulbs, tubers, bare roots, and seasonal plants.

  • Shipping depends on the type of product you order.

    • Pre-orders ship during the planting season listed on the product page.
    • In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days.

    Each product page will display its expected shipping timeframe.

  • Many plants, such as peony roots and certain bulbs, are only harvested once each year. Pre-ordering allows us to reserve your plants before harvest and ship them at the ideal planting time for the healthiest results.

  • Yes! If your order contains products with different shipping windows, we may ship them separately or together depending on the items purchased. We always aim to ship plants at their ideal planting time.

  • We do not currently have a retail storefront, but you can find us throughout the growing season at local farmers markets. Visit our Market Schedule page to see where we'll be next.

  • Yes! During the growing season, we offer fresh-cut bouquets and seasonal flowers at our local farmers markets while supplies last.

  • Yes! Many of our fresh flowers are grown right here in Fresh Meadows, Queens, New York, allowing us to provide incredibly fresh blooms while supporting local agriculture.

  • Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there's an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with you to make it right.

  • Yes. We want you to shop with confidence and be happy with your purchase.

    - Unused, unopened, and non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition.

    - Live plants, bulbs, tubers, and bare roots are generally not eligible for return once they have been planted or used due to their perishable nature.

    If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, diseased, or a healthy root or tuber fails to produce any growth despite proper planting and care, please contact us. We'll gladly review your claim and work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

    If the return is due to our error such as receiving the wrong item, damage during transit, or a quality issue, we'll cover the return shipping costs when applicable. If you're returning an eligible item because you've changed your mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

    If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, simply reach out. We're always happy to help and will do our best to find a fair solution.

  • Yes. We stand behind the quality of our roots and tubers.

    Every bulb, tuber, and bare root is carefully inspected before it leaves our farm. If your order arrives with disease, or if a healthy root or tuber fails to produce any growth despite being planted according to the provided instructions, we'll gladly work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

    Because plant performance can be affected by weather, soil conditions, watering, pests, planting depth, and other factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee plant size, bloom count, or long-term performance after successful establishment.
